Wind Ridge Gardens and Pepper Company started in 2019. We now grow exotic peppers for our line of hot sauces. We grow everything on our farm organically and source locally. Our chef Will D. is a hot sauce conasuir and creates wonderful hot sauces with his culinary background and understanding of flavors and spices. We sell dehydrated pepper powders, spices, and rubs ( seasonally ) We have a hot sauce for everyone. Come out and see us at the many events we will be attending.
