I can’t say enough good things about this hot sauce or about Wind Ridge Gardens!! I tried the Habanada sauce at an art festival in TN, and talked with the owners in the booth for a little while, and they were so so nice! I LOVED the sauce when I tried the sample (especially as someone that loves the taste of hot sauce but can’t do the heat, this is perfect!

I may have found a new favorite! Wind Ridge Gardens’ 2025 limited edition Duality sauce—crafted from Apocalypse and Moruga Scorpion peppers—is an absolute standout. If it doesn’t claim the top spot outright, it’s at least tied with my longtime favorite, the slightly milder Franken Sauce from 2024.
Probably the kindest people you will ever have the pleasure of interacting with.
Their hot sauces are delicious! You get so much flavor as well as a good kick of heat. These will also make a present for any gift giving exchange.

Wind Ridge Gardens and Pepper Company started in 2019. We now grow exotic peppers for our line of hot sauces. We grow everything on our farm organically and source locally. Our chef Will D. is a hot sauce connoisseur. He creates wonderful hot sauces with his culinary background and understanding of flavors and spices. We have a hot sauce for everyone.
